Assembly of My New Design armchairs

A question that comes up often is related to the assembly of our chairs. Do we need to mount them? How do we do? Do we need specific equipment?

We will answer all of this in this article!

Different types of armchairs

First of all, you will find on the site 2 types of armchairs:

• Armchairs in 1 package
• Armchairs in 2 packages

Concerning the armchairs delivered in a single package, everything will therefore be delivered together. An assembly of certain parts will still be necessary but it will remain very simple.

We are therefore going to focus on the armchairs in our design range in order to simply explain how to assemble them once received. This is particularly the case for our NAOS, VEGA,  ANTARES or even our ALUDRA range.

Don't worry, nothing could be simpler!

You will find information on the number of packages in the product sheets, more specifically in the technical information.

The assembly of the armchairs of the design range

We deliver the majority of our armchairs with separate base and seat. In this case, you will find the assembly instructions in one of the packages as well as the assembly kit with the few necessary tools.

The assembly differs slightly between the different models on the site.

The delivery of a My New Design armchair therefore includes:

• A package including the seat of an armchair
• One package including the base
• A small bag with a spanner to fix the nuts (pre-fixed on the base) as well as the assembly instructions

Overall, once out of their boxes, all that remains is to attach the seat to the base and tighten the nuts pre-installed on the base and you're done! Your chair is ready to use to offer you all the relaxation and comfort you need!

For our traditional armchair range

Concerning our range of traditional armchairs (relax, électrique or senior , each model will be different in its assembly. On some models, for example, it will be necessary to mount the armrests, on others, clip the backrest. Don't worry, the assemblies are very simple and within everyone's reach!
