IN WHICH CASES IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A DELIVERY
We deliver in Metropolitan France, and throughout Europe. All our items can be delivered, we work in partnership with several transport companies specific to furniture.
The delivery costs are flat-rate, their amount is set at 50 euros including VAT for a product, with a sliding scale price depending on the number of products ordered.
The exact amount of shipping costs will be indicated to you at each product selection, after having chosen the shipping option, and confirmed during the validation of the order.
If the customer buys a chair with an accessory (the entire range of Poufs is defined as an accessory), the latter will not incur any additional delivery costs, which is equivalent to a delivery price of 50 €.
On the other hand, if the customer buys an accessory alone, it will be charged a reduced delivery fee of €30.
THE TIME LIMIT FOR RECEIPT OF THE ORDER
Following an order, we do our best to ship it within 24 hours. The delivery time is indicative of 10 working days and may not exceed 30 working days, except in the event of stock shortage. In this case, our services will contact you by email to inform you of the new delivery time of your order and submit it to your agreement.
Under no circumstances may it be the subject of a claim for damages on the part of the customer.
Delivery is understood to be outside weekends and public holidays and will take place on working days, following an appointment with the carrier.
The customer must be present during the time slot and on the day set by the carrier. In the event of absence, any delivery costs relating to the organization of a new passage of the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY VIGILANCE POINTS
Any unsuitable access not allowing the delivery of the order such as a passage too narrow, dirt, wicket door too small or stairs not accessible MyNewDesign discharges any responsibility for delivery. If the order cannot be delivered, the transport costs for the outward and return journey are at the customer's expense.
All packages must be checked by the customer in their entirety and this before the departure of the carrier. Any damaged parcel must be the subject of reservations entered on the delivery note, which will also be signed by the customer.
In the absence of any mention on the delivery note, we decline all responsibility for any damage related to transport. For your information, the statement subject to unpacking has no legal value.
Any product not delivered in conformity must be reported to the MyNewDesign sales department at the following address: email@example.com
At the beginning of your order from our depots, you will have the possibility to follow the different steps of your delivery via your e-mail address.
Our carrier will contact you directly to agree on a delivery date, depending on your availability and its possibilities and routes.
OUR THREE DELIVERY METHODS
1/ Economic delivery by Geodis
The delivery person will deliver you right on your doorstep. If you live in a building, delivery is scheduled at the entrance of the building.
Depending on the delivery department and the volume of your order, a system has been set up to give you a choice on the day of your delivery.
The carrier may request your assistance for the transport of the package(s), which may be presented in the form of pallets.
It is also possible to opt for a withdrawal from the branch closest to your home (140 branches in France).
You will have the possibility to choose the delivery day. You will receive an email allowing you to access the tracking of your delivery using a username and password.
Once connected to your Geodis Calberson space, you can choose your delivery date by checking your choice among the proposals. In the space provided for the various information you will be able to leave your preference in the morning or afternoon, without any guarantee that this preference can be satisfied.
2/ Premium delivery on quotation
On the agreed day, the delivery person(s) will place your order instead of use, on the floor if necessary under normal conditions of accessibility. Please check in advance any possible difficulty of access such as openings (doors, stairs, elevators...) allowing passage during execution.
The customer must indicate his floor if he resides in a building as well as the presence of an elevator.
3/ Delivery as a relay point
A delivery in relay parcels from our distribution network is possible within 10 working days.
Your package is available for 10 working days at the relay point of your choice: Depending on the opening hours, you are able to pick up your packages during the week according to your availability.
Upon receipt of the package on the platform of your choice, you will be notified by email.
WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The online buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day after he enters into possession of the property, without justification or payment of penalties on his part. However, he will be liable for the return shipping costs.
The seller is obliged to take back an item in the event of delivery that does not comply with the order or is defective.
If the Customer uses his right of retraction, the Products must be returned in their original packaging, in resale condition for new, accompanied by all accessories and instructions, if any, in perfect resale condition, with the original purchase invoice to which the Products relate and the return number provided by Customer Service.
Any returned Product damaged, soiled or incomplete could implicate the responsibility of the Customer by the company MyNewDesign under the conditions of article L221-23 of the consumer code.
In the case of a delivery error or a defective product, the buyer may demand:
- A new delivery in accordance with the order;
- Repair of the defective product;
- The exchange of the product by another similar one or the cancellation of the order.
The buyer is also responsible for the following:
The additional costs of delivering the goods if he has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the one usually offered by the seller;
