Deliveries et Payment

WHEN IS SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

We deliver in mainland France, and throughout Europe. All our items can be delivered, we work in partnership with several transport companies specific to furniture.

DELIVERY RATE

The exact amount of shipping costs will be indicated in your shopping cart. For your information, the shipping costs applied in general for the most common quantities are :

- For the purchase of a chair alone: 50€ delivery fee.

- For the purchase of a footrest or a battery: 15€ delivery fee.

- For the purchase of a chair and another article (except accessories): free delivery!

- For the purchase of two or more chairs: free delivery!

- For the purchase of maintenance products: free delivery!

Our collaboration with Beeliv allows us to offer you 2 different delivery methods:

- Delivery to the room of your choice: 150€ tax included

- Delivery to the room of your choice, with return of the packaging: 180€ tax included

For the islands of France and the EU, delivery is made on estimate. Please contact us with your delivery address and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY TIME

Following an order, we do our best to ship it within 24 hours. The delivery time is indicative of 10 working days and cannot exceed 30 working days, except in case of out of stock. In this case, our services will contact you by email to inform you of the new delivery time of your order and submit it for your agreement.

In any case, it may not be the subject of a claim for damages from the customer.

The delivery is excluding weekends and public holidays and will take place during the week, after an appointment with the carrier.

The customer must be present during the time slot and the day fixed by the carrier. In case of absence, any delivery costs related to the planning of another delivery time of the carrier will be paid by the customer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

For all access difficulties that do not allow the delivery of the order such as narrow street, dirt, gates or staircase inaccessible, MY NEW DESIGN accepts no responsibility for delivery. If the order cannot be delivered, the outward and return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All packages must be checked by the customer before the courier leaves. Any damaged package must be entered on the delivery note, which will also be signed by the customer.

In the absence of mention on the delivery note, we decline all responsibility for any damage related to transport. For your information, the declaration submitted when unpacking has no legal value. Any non-compliant product must be reported to the My New Design sales department at the following address: contact.mynewdesign@gmail.com

From the start of the departure of your order from our depots, you will be able to follow the different stages of your delivery via your e-mail address.

Our carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date, depending on your availability and routes.

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery is scheduled at the customer's home. The type of transport, the date of delivery and the related costs will be specified when ordering, depending on the quantity of products ordered. Delivery is carried out by a Dachser carrier. The date and the delivery window are fixed jointly between the Customer and the carrier. It is up to the Customer to check the delivery conditions of MY NEW DESIGN when confirming his order.

It is the Customer's responsibility to check, before placing an order, in particular in terms of size and volume, that the products can be delivered by the normal access routes to the place of delivery (stairs, elevator, etc.). The rental of an item, or the request for additional assistance, allowing delivery to the desired location is the responsibility of the Customer.

The inability of the carrier to deliver the Products on the agreed date, in the event of the Customer's absence or lack of information concerning the delivery, may give rise to the payment of additional delivery costs, and/or the cancellation of the order by MY NEW DESIGN.

The risks of the product are transferred to the Customer upon delivery by the carrier of MY NEW DESIGN on the agreed delivery date.

In the event of the dates of availability of the Products ordered are different, MY NEW DESIGN will offer the buyer to split his order. In the event of a split delivery, the contribution to the delivery costs will be applied to each fraction of the order. In the absence of a split delivery, delivery will take place on the date of availability of all the Products ordered.

DWITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

Reserve of use: The Customer (or his representative) is required to check the physical condition of the packaging, the number and content of the packages at the time of delivery, in the presence of the delivery person. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (transport damage, missing product or package, broken product, product not in conformity with the order, etc.) must imperatively, under penalty of inadmissibility of the request, be indicated on the delivery note of the carrier with details and date of reservation and order. The Customer (or his representative) must sign the delivery note. General reservations of the "subject to unpacking" type will be systematically rejected.

The buyer has a right of withdrawal 14 days from the day after taking possession of the goods, without justification or payment penalty. However, he will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The seller is required to take back an item in the event of a delivery that does not comply with the order or is defective.

If the Customer makes use of his right of withdrawal, the return of the Products must be made in their original packaging, in new condition for resale, accompanied by all accessories and instructions in perfect condition, with the original invoice and the return number provided by Customer Service.

Any Product returned damaged, soiled or incomplete may engage the responsibility of the Customer under the conditions of article L221-23 of the Consumer Code.

In the event of a delivery error or a defective product, the buyer may demand:

- A new delivery;

- Repair of the defective product;

- Exchange of the product for a similar good or cancellation of the order.

The buyer's responsibility is also:

The additional costs of delivering the goods if he/has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the delivery method usually offered by the seller;
